Fees and Rescheduling Lesson fees are deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time. Courses may not be canceled and fees may not be refunded within 21 days of the scheduled class and can only be rescheduled with 14 days prior notice. Classes are held rain or shine; however, the Croton Sailing School, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule classes in the event of hazardous conditions. Croton Sailing School shall be the sole determinant of hazardous conditions

I hereby waive, release and discharge the Croton Sailing School, Inc., their employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in sailing programs. I assume full responsibility and liability for my participation in any sailing program.
